Rental
Rates
All rates quoted are based on an event rate. Typically, weekends
are considered as an event. Call for extended and long term rates.
Payment
Payment is required 10 days before
delivery or when the equipment is picked up at our location. Adams
accepts most major credit cards, cash or checks. An additional
deposit is required when payment is made with cash or checks.
Damage
Waiver
Damage Waiver is optional and is offered against accidental damage
to rental items.
Damage waiver is non-refundable and must be
requested at the time the order is placed. It is available for
10% of the rental amount. Damage waiver does not cover “lost
or misplaced” items.
Delivery
& Pickup
Delivery and pickup is available for a
charge during regular business hours. Special
time deliveries and after hours pickup can be
arranged with advanced notice and an additional fee. Equipment
must be placed in their original containers, tables and chairs
stacked. Do not place damp or dirty linens in plastic bags.
Set Up
& Take Down
Tables, chairs, platforms and pipe & drape can be set up and
taken down for an additional
labor charge. These are modest charges and
advanced notice is needed.
Showroom
Hours
Our showroom is open Monday through
Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.; Saturday from 9:00 am to Noon.
Closed on Sunday and major holidays.
Tools and
equipment are rented on a 24 hour basis. Some items may be
available for a shorter term. Items not returned by the time due
in are subject to late charges. Equipment rented after 12:00 on
Saturday will be charged a one day rate if back in by 9:00 AM
on Monday. Equipment rented before 12:00 on Saturday will be charged
a one and a half day rate if back by 9:00 AM Monday.
Party goods
are rented on an event basis. Normal rental period is up to three
days. A valid driver's license and a major credit card are required
for all rentals. In lieu of a credit card, a cash deposit may
be accepted.
Equipment
is to be returned in the same condition as it left the building.
Items not returned clean will be subject to additional charges.
Reservations are accepted for future orders. In some cases a deposit
may be necessary to secure your reservation.
