Our process begins by understanding your vision for the event. Every event is different. Every aspect will reflect the personality and taste of the hosts. Our job is to bring that vision to reality.

A phone call is an easy way to learn about your interests, answer questions and discuss possibilities.

A site visit for tenting may be scheduled at your convenience (at no charge to you), to survey the property and to determine opportunities and challenges offered by the terrain.

4.

Showroom visits are available by appointment at our Hamilton, NJ location. It is an opportunity to get creative and touch-and-feel various equipment options.

5.

From your input, a floor plan may be developed. A CAD 3-D sketch allows you to envision how the event will look, ensures all elements/guests have a place, and the selected equipment match your requirements.

6.

Based on discussions, a detailed and itemized quotation will be created. Once approved and a deposit is made, the quotation becomes an official reservation and your equipment is secured.

7.

As your plans evolve, Adams will coordinate with other vendors such as an event planner, caterer, florist, band, restroom provider etc.
